Help with the Riker Hill HSA Website

Welcome to the HSA Website. We have volunteered for the 2022-2023 school year to keep you informed about important information from the HSA to benefit our children. You should be receiving emails weekly from the HSA, whether you are a member or not. If you are not receiving them, please contact the HSA President. Here are some helpful suggestions for navigating this page and contacting the webmasters. 

Adding Information to the Site

  • Please email the webmasters any important information that you would like added to the website. Make sure that all dates and information is confirmed with the HSA President before sending. Please also include dates to add the site and remove from the site.
  • Information will be added to a tab on the page. If it is a volunteer position, it will be in the volunteer section. If it is an event it will be in the event section and also on the Upcoming Events section. 
  • Events will be listed on the Homepage with a small blurb and a link to its' own webpage, the calendar, Upcoming Events page and a form will be created.
  • Please send these updates to the webmasters by email only, cc both webmasters and the president. No texting please.
  • Please send the information with enough time to process. Also, information may not be able to be changed once it is up on the site. Changes may cause previously filled out information to be erased. 

Troubleshooting

  • Please contact the webmasters first if having issues with accessing information.
  • Before contacting the webmasters, please check if you are logged into the website. Also, make sure your child's information was updated for the current school year. You do not need to be an HSA member to update this information.
  • If you are still having issues send a screenshot showing that you are logged into the system and the error message to the webmasters, so they can forward it to the help desk.
