Welcome to the HSA Website

We’re excited to be your HSA volunteers for the 2025–2026 school year! Our goal is to keep you connected and informed with everything happening through the HSA, all to benefit our children and school community.

📩 Weekly Emails
You should be receiving weekly emails from the HSA, whether you’re a member or not. If you aren’t seeing them, please contact the HSA President so we can get you added.

Adding Information to the Website

Have something important to share? We’d be happy to post it!

Here’s how:

• Email the webmasters and cc the HSA President (no texting, please).

• Make sure dates and details are confirmed with the President first.

• Include both a start date (when the info should appear) and an end date (when it should come down).

📌 Where your information will go:

• Volunteer opportunities → Volunteer tab

• Events → Event tab, Upcoming Events page, Homepage (with a short blurb + link to its own event page and form)

⚠️ Please allow enough time for updates to be posted. Once information is live, changes may not be possible, and edits could erase responses already submitted.

Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble accessing the site or finding information:

1. First, make sure you’re logged in.

2. Double-check that your child’s information has been updated for the current school year (you don’t need to be an HSA member to do this).

3. Still stuck? Send the webmasters a quick email with:

   • A screenshot showing you’re logged in

   • The error message you’re seeing

They’ll forward your request to the help desk if needed.
